I’m CTO at VirtusLab. My work is how software actually gets built and sold at enterprise scale, and lately how you put AI agents into production — governed, audited, and boring enough to run — rather than how you demo them.
I founded two consulting companies. The second was acquired by VirtusLab when it was around forty people; I stayed, and helped build the engineering organisation to roughly 450. Long enough to watch the industry change its mind twice about ⟨your specific — offshoring, cloud, whatever you’d actually name⟩. I work at the intersection of technology, entrepreneurship and leadership, and I’ve done all three at scale.
